If you are placing an order and want to qualify for 30 day terms, please call and email a request for a Corporate Application. Please fill out and return the application via mail, email or fax and our billing department will call you back before your order is to be shipped.  Upon confirmation of your application being accepted we will ship your products to you immediately.
