Similar to the #196 Ink but with a slower drying time for applications that require the ink to stay moist in a stamp pad longer. Waterproof with excellent adhesion on aluminum, cellophane, metal, photos and other coated papers.
Suggested for use with hand held rubber stamps, roller coders and other applications that involve exposure to air.
