A heavy-duty, robust punch that is meant for punching plastic cards of up to 30 millimeters (0.03") thickness. It incorporates long handles that have cushions to supply the user with higher leverage than a normal hole punch, greatly easing the punching process. It is great for frequent buyer programs. 

This version punches round holes that are either 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", or 1/2" in diameter depending on your needs.
